The new 4-Door Porsche Panamera. It’s Official!

There are three different versions to choose from the Panamera S, Panamera 4S and the Panamera Turbo.

The Panamera S comes with 18 inch wheels and silver calliper brakes. Its rear wheels are driven by a 4.8Litre engine that produces 400bhp, it can reach a top speed of 175mph (283km/h) and go 0-60mph (100km/h) in 5.2 seconds.

The Panamera 4S also comes with 18 inch wheels and silver calliper brakes. This version is all wheel drive and is fitted with 4.8litre engine, like the S it can reach 175mph (283km/h) but goes 0-60mph (100km/h) a little bit quicker in 4.8 seconds.

The Panamera turbo comes with bigger 19 inch wheels and red calliper brakes. It also has the benefit of a retracting spoiler that splits to widen and create more downforce. The Turbo is the faster of the three, it comes with 4.8litre engine, can produce 500bhp, it can reach a higher top speed of 188mph (303km/h) and goes 0-60mph (100km/h) in just 4 seconds.

In the center of the dashboard is a 7 inch colour touch screen display which features the Porsche communication management (PCM). This device has control over navigation, communication and also the 11 loud speaker 235 watt stereo system. It is optional to choice a more powerful BOSE surround sound system with an even more powerful 585 Watts.

Porsche have fitted the Panamera with a total of 8 airbags. Dual front advanced airbags that offer upper body protection and an added sense of intelligence, senses detect whether the passenger seats are occupied. There are knee airbags for front driver and passenger and side airbags for the rear passengers.

The Panamera comes with an intelligent lighting systems as standard on all versions. These Bi-Xenon lights turn on automatically when dark and have a swivel system that turns the lights slightly when entering corners illuminating the road ahead of you much sooner giving you the chance to see obstacles in the road ahead. The system also monitors your speed and shines the lights further ahead the faster you are travelling.

Prices will be starting from around $90,000 (£72,000).
