There are three different versions to choose from the Panamera S, Panamera 4S and the Panamera Turbo.

The Panamera S comes with 18 inch wheels and silver calliper brakes. Its rear wheels are driven by a 4.8Litre engine that produces 400bhp, it can reach a top speed of 175mph (283km/h) and go 0-60mph (100km/h) in 5.2 seconds.

The Panamera 4S also comes with 18 inch wheels and silver calliper brakes. This version is all wheel drive and is fitted with 4.8litre engine, like the S it can reach 175mph (283km/h) but goes 0-60mph (100km/h) a little bit quicker in 4.8 seconds.

The Panamera turbo comes with bigger 19 inch wheels and red calliper brakes. It also has the benefit of a retracting spoiler that splits to widen and create more downforce. The Turbo is the faster of the three, it comes with 4.8litre engine, can produce 500bhp, it can reach a higher top speed of 188mph (303km/h) and goes 0-60mph (100km/h) in just 4 seconds.

In the center of the dashboard is a 7 inch colour touch screen display which features the Porsche communication management (PCM). Apple iPad tablet: Specs, features, price announced

Apple on Wednesday announced the iPad, a 9.7-inch tablet computer that fits in between the iPhone smartphone and the MacBook computer.

The 0.5-inch thick device, which weighs 1.5 lbs., is intended to be used for web browsing, e-mail, photos, video, music, games and e-books — pretty much everything that its pint-sized cousin the iPod touch can do, only bigger.

"We've always tried to be at the intersection of technology and liberal arts," Apple CEO Steve Jobs said. "It's the combination of these two things that have let us make the iPad."

In fact, it can run all iPhone and iPod touch apps out of the box, with no modification, using pixel-doubling technology.

It comes preinstalled with iTunes and the App Store and has a virtual keyboard for typing, as well as pop-over menus. It supports HD video and offers 802.11n Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth 2.1+ EDR support, as well as an accelerometer, compass, speaker, microphone and Apple standard 30-pin connector.

Inside, you'll find a 1GHz Apple A4 chip — yes, in-house silicon courtesy P.A. Semi — as well as flash memory ranging in capacity from 16GB to 64GB. Jobs claims its battery will last 10 hours with use and "more than a month" in standby mode.

It will not support multitasking.

The device is arsenic-free, BFR-free, mercury-free, PVC-free and "highly recyclable," Jobs said.

The device's support for e-books comes in the way of "iBooks," a new online bookstore. (If you're counting, that's three stores for Apple now: App Store, iTunes Store and iBookstore.)

The iPad can also support documents, spreadsheets and presentations with a new, modified version of the company's iWork suite.

While all iPads will have Wi-Fi, mobile broadband 3G connectivity (via AT&T) depends on the version: A plan for up to 250 megabytes of data will cost $14.99 per month, and an unlimited data plan will cost $29.99 per month.

All iPad 3G models are unlocked devices and use GSM microSIM cards. International deals are expected to be announced sometime in June or July, Jobs said.

The iPad will start at $499 and scale to $829, depending on version:

Make way for space tourism

Entrepreneur Richard Branson has unveiled a model of the spaceship he hopes will be the first to take paying passengers into space on a regular basis as soon as next year.

Branson, whose Virgin Galactic is charging $200,000 for a short trip into space, said his SpaceShipTwo will start test flights later this year.

"We really do want to have a situation where hundreds of thousands of people who want to experience space travel are able to do so," said Branson at a media event at the American Museum of Natural History in Manhattan.

"Even though the dollar isn't worth much anymore, $200,000 is still too expensive for the majority of people," he said. "Within five years of launching, I would hope the price would come down fairly dramatically."

Virgin Galactic - part of Branson's airline, vacation and retail company Virgin Group [VA.UL], now has more than 200 people signed up for the ultimate sightseeing trip, stumping up more than $30 million in deposits.

Passengers getting ready for the two-hour trip include physicist Stephen Hawking, former soap star Victoria Principal and designer Philippe Starck.

About 100 of Virgin's reserved passengers attended Wednesday's unveiling, to get the first glimpse of the spacecraft's design.

"It's like something out of Thunderbirds," said Trevor Beattie, a British advertising executive, referring to the 1960s TV series. "It's what we as kids in the 1960s thought the future would be like."

Beattie, who co-runs the Beattie McGuinness Bungay advertising firm in London, said he bought the flight instead of splurging on a Ferrari, as he can't drive.

Richard "B.J." Bjorklund, a portfolio manager for Citigroup's Smith Barney unit in Dallas, said the trip would be his only chance of experiencing space travel after failing to get into the U.S. Air Force's astronaut program years ago.

The space trips, from a launching pad to be built in New Mexico, should take about two and a half hours, including five minutes of weightlessness. They will be suborbital, meaning the spacecraft goes just beyond 62 miles (100 km) above sea level -- the technical boundary of space -- then glides back to land where it took off without orbiting the Earth.

SpaceShipTwo, and its launch aircraft WhiteKnightTwo, also unveiled on Wednesday, were designed by Burt Rutan, whose SpaceShipOne collected the Ansari X Prize for privately funded space flight in 2004.

The main spacecraft, made entirely of carbon composite materials, will be about 60 feet (18 meters) long, with large, movable feather-shaped vertical fins at the back, which will make reentry into the earth's atmosphere safer, Rutan said. The ship, which will carry six passengers and two pilots, is 60 percent complete, Virgin said.

The spaceship, dubbed "Eve" after Branson's mother, will have a cabin about the size of a big business jet's cabin but with more headroom, Rutan said. It will have 18-inch-diameter windows on every side for better views of the Earth.

The launch plane, WhiteKnightTwo, will be a two-fuselage aircraft with a wingspan of about 140 feet which will carry SpaceShipTwo under the center of its wing, between the two hulls. The plan is for the aircraft to free the spaceship at around 50,000 feet, from where it will rocket upward into space.

WhiteKnightTwo, to be powered by four Pratt & Whitney Canada PW308 engines, is more than 80 percent complete, Virgin said. Pratt & Whitney Canada is a unit of United Technologies Corp.

Virgin Galactic is only one of several high-profile contenders in the new commercial space race. Others include Europe's EADS Astrium; Blue Origin, started by Amazon.com Inc. founder Jeff Bezos; Space Exploration Technologies Corp (SpaceX), created by PayPal founder Elon Musk; Rocketplane Kistler; and Bigelow Aerospace, a venture aimed at creating space hotels, started by hotelier Robert Bigelow.

The leader in the budding sector is Space Adventures of Vienna, Virginia, which started the space tourism phenomenon in 2001 when it put U.S. businessman Dennis Tito on a Russian Soyuz spacecraft headed for the International Space Station for a reported $20 million. It has since sent another four paying passengers into space the same way.

While many daughters and grand-daughters of the world's wealthiest would never actually inherit a billion-dollar fortune, Indian-origin steel tycoon Lakshmi Mittal's daughter Vanisha Mittal Bhatia has emerged as the potentially richest among those standing to inherit a fortune, according to US business magazine Forbes.

Vanisha is followed by Isha Ambani, the richest resident Indian Mukesh Ambani's only daughter, at the second rank, and another Indian billionaire K P Singh's daughter Pia Singh at the third position in the Forbes list of the world's likely- to-be richest heiresses.

Mittal was ranked as the fourth richest person in the world in March when Forbes published its annual rich list, followed by Mukesh Ambani at the fifth rank. "Perhaps best known for the $60 million wedding her father threw for her in 2004, she (Vanish) now serves as a director on the board of dad's $103 billion steel company, ArcelorMittal," Forbes said.

"Her corporate involvement and small family -- she has only one brother -- puts her in good stead to inherit a sizable chunk of her father's fortune," the magazine noted.

About 16-year-old Isha, it said that Mukesh Ambani's only daughter is "just a teenager but already has her own stake in the family's Reliance Industries, worth about $80 million."

About Indian realty baron K P Singh's daughter Pia Singh, ranked third in the heiresses list, the magazine said she already holds a stake worth $400 million in the country's biggest real estate firm.

1. South China Mall

Located in Dongguan, this mall has leasable space for over 1,500 stores in approximately 6.5 million square-feet of total floor area.

It has seven zones modelled on: Amsterdam, Paris, Rome, Venice, Egypt, the Caribbean, and California.

Although the mall opened in 2005, it still suffers from lack of retailers. Much of the retail space remains empty.

Analysts say that the main reason the mall is so far largely unoccupied is that it is located in the suburbs of Dongguan, which is not well connected by China's public transport system.

2. Golden Resources Shopping Mall

Located near the Fourth Ring Road in Beijing, China, the Great Mall of China has a total area of 7.3 million square feet (680,000 square metres) spread over six floors.

It is 1.5 times the size of the Mall of America.

It was completed on October 20, 2004 after 20 months of construction.

3. Central World

This is the largest shopping mall and office complex in Bangkok owned by the Central Group.

Spread over 800,000-square-metre, the mall is the largest shopping centre in south-east Asia and is larger than Hong Kong's Ocean Terminal.

Originally called the World Trade Centre, the eight-story mall opened in 1990

4. The SM Mall of Asia

Also known as MOA, this is the largest shopping mall in the Philippines. Spread over an area of 407,101 square metres, the mall opened on May 21, 2006.

The mall is owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings, under the management of Henry Sy, a Chinese-Filipino business tycoon.

One of the mall's main attractions is the first ever IMAX theatre in the country.

The mall features the Philippines's first Olympic-size (61 by 30 metres) ice skating rink.

5. Dream Mall

Located in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, this is the largest shopping mall in Taiwan and the second largest in Southeast Asia after the Mall of Asia in Manila, the Philippines.

Spread over an area of 400,001 square metres, the mall was designed by international architecture firm RTKL, based in Baltimore, Maryland and opened on May 12, 2007.

The mall contains restaurants, movie theatre, gym, and entertainment facilities, including a Ferris wheel nicknamed Kaohsiung Eye.

6. West Edmonton Mall

Located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada this mall is spread over an area of 3,50,000 square metres.

It has over 800 stores and parking for more than 20,000 vehicles. More than 23,000 people are employed in the mall.

The mall receives 28.2 million visitors per year and between 60,000 and 150,000 shoppers daily depending on the day and season.

The mall's amusement park was originally called Fantasyland, until The Walt Disney Company took the mall to court, claiming ownership of the name, which is used in its theme parks such as Disneyland.

WEM subsequently renamed the attraction Galaxyland.

7. Cevahir Shopping Centre

Opened on October 15, 2005, it is a modern shopping and entertainment centre located in the Sisli district of Istanbul, Turkey.

Spread over an area of 348,000 square metres, Cevahir Mall is the largest shopping centre in Europe, and the seventh largest in the world.

The project, originally a trade complex, including retail centres and three skyscrapers with 40 and 48 floors to replace one of the city's old bus depots, was designed in 1987 by American architects Minoru Yamasaki & Associates.

The foundation stone was laid in 1997; however, it took eight years to complete only the shopping section due to numerous delays

8. SM City North EDSA

This is one of the biggest and first shopping malls in the Philippines and one of the biggest shopping malls in the world spread over an area of 331,861 square metres.

This is the first major shopping complex established by Henry Sy and his company SM Prime Holdings, the largest retail corporation in the country.

Since its establishment in 1983, it has done several major expansions and renovations, and features a bowling alley, food court, garden, entertainment centre and 12-theatres.

9. SM Megamall

This is a large shopping mall in the Ortigas business district of Metro Manila, the Philippines, owned and operated by SM Prime Holdings. The mall is spread over an area of 331,679 square metres.

One of the first ice skating rinks in the country, can be found in this mall.

For conventions and functions, the mall houses three SM Megatrade Halls on its top floor.

The Bridgeway connecting the two main buildings of the mall contains several eateries

10. Berjaya Times Square Kuala Lumpur Shopping Mall

Berjaya Times Square KL is tagged as the 'world?s largest building ever built in a single phase', with 7.5 million square feet (700,000 square metre) of built up floor area.

The mall within is spread over an area of 320,000 square metres.

Currently, the mall has space for more than 1,000 retail shops, 1200 luxury service suites, 65 food outlets and other attractions like Asia's largest indoor theme park, Cosmo's World and Malaysia's first-ever IMAX 2D & 3D theatre.
